How to Use SuperBuy
SuperBuy is a purchasing agent that connects international buyers with Chinese sellers. If you are new to the platform, this step-by-step guide will get you from registration to delivery.
Step 1: Create an Account
Sign up at SuperBuy with an email address. You will receive a verification email to activate your account. Once activated, you can add your shipping address and set up payment methods.
Step 2: Find Items
You can find items in two ways:
1. **Use the SuperBuy spreadsheet**: Navigate to the category you want (shoes, hoodies, jackets, etc.) and click through to the full catalog. The spreadsheet gives you organized access to curated products.
2. **Paste a product link**: If you have a link from Taobao, Weidian, or another supported platform, paste it directly into SuperBuy's search bar. The agent will fetch the item details for you.
Step 3: Submit an Order
After finding an item, click "Buy for Me" and fill in the order details. You will need to specify:
- Color and size
- Quantity
- Any special instructions (e.g., "remove shoe box to save shipping")
Pay the item cost plus the domestic shipping fee (shipping within China to the SuperBuy warehouse). This is a separate charge from international shipping.
Step 4: Warehouse Arrival & QC
Once the item arrives at the SuperBuy warehouse, you receive a notification. At this stage, you can:
- View QC (quality control) photos
- Request additional photos for a small fee
- Ask for measurements if you need them
- Request a return or exchange if the item is wrong
**Do not skip this step**. QC is your only chance to catch issues before the item ships internationally.
Step 5: Submit for International Shipping
When all your items have arrived and passed QC, you can submit a parcel for international shipping. You will:
- Choose a shipping method
- See the estimated shipping cost
- Add or remove packaging options
- Pay the international shipping fee
Step 6: Track & Receive
After shipping, you receive a tracking number. Delivery times vary by method (3-7 days for DHL, 7-15 days for EMS, 10-20 days for EUB). Track your package through the carrier's website or the SuperBuy app.
